Return/Refund policy ONLY for online purchases

Return policy

  • After you receive your purchase, you have 72 hours to notify us that you have a return item, through the email:  customerservice@alexaslittleboutique.com
  • After we receive the notification, ten (10) days are given to send the returned item through the mail, to the address described below.
  • Returns are only allowed with online purchases, not in-store purchases.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same conditions that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Returns will only be accepted if the Tag Protector remains attached.
  • When we receive the return item, a full refund will be sent to you to the same credit/debit card used in the purchase.
  • We are responsible for items shipped to you, but you are responsible for the cost of any return items.
  • Returns may be made in store or by mail.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have; once the return is accepted, you’ll receive a full refund for the purchased item, which you can use toward the exchanged item, less shipping and handling costs for the new item.

Gift Returns:

  • Exchanges will be made with a gift receipt on new, unused, unworn, items in original
    condition, with tags, within 15 days.
  • Sales and Holidays are final sale.
