Return/Refund policy ONLY for online purchases

Return policy

After you receive your purchase, you have 72 hours to notify us that you have a return item, through the email: customerservice@alexaslittleboutique.com
After we receive the notification, ten (10) days are given to send the returned item through the mail, to the address described below.

Returns are only allowed with online purchases, not in-store purchases.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same conditions that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will only be accepted if the Tag Protector remains attached.
When we receive the return item, a full refund will be sent to you to the same credit/debit card used in the purchase.
We are responsible for items shipped to you, but you are responsible for the cost of any return items.
Returns may be made in store or by mail.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have; once the return is accepted, you’ll receive a full refund for the purchased item, which you can use toward the exchanged item, less shipping and handling costs for the new item.

Gift Returns:

Exchanges will be made with a gift receipt on new, unused, unworn, items in original
condition, with tags, within 15 days.
Sales and Holidays are final sale.
